Brianna Crooks FNP-BC

Brianna is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with more than 16 years in plastic surgery and 8 years of experience in aesthetic injecting. Beginning her career at fifteen, she gained deep, hands-on exposure to the surgical side of aesthetics, later advancing from Medical Assistant to RN and ultimately NP.
Known for her conservative, integrity-driven approach and her commitment to educating patients, she recommends only what’s truly needed—never upsells—and prioritizes honesty, safety, and results rooted in subtlety and intention.
Guided by faith and strong values, she creates a safe, understanding, and confidence-building experience for every patient. At Ellēza, she also mentors rising injectors with the same grace and intention that define her own practice.

Dr. Daniel Urias
Board-certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Daniel Urias combines precision, safety, and artistry to create natural, balanced aesthetics results that honor each patient’s unique features.
Dr. Urias began his work in aesthetics in 2019, developing a strong focus on achieving harmonious outcomes that enhance —rather than alter a patient’s natural identity. His clinical experience includes a wide range of procedures such as injectable treatments (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRF), fat grafting, and ultrasound-guided techniques designed to ensure safe, predictable results.
Having completed a fellowship in plastic surgery, Dr. Urias continues to pursue ongoing education in emerging aesthetic technologies and best practices. His philosophy centers on combining surgical precision with a deep respect for patient individuality and natural form.
As a Medical Director, Dr. Urias partners with a med spas that share his commitment to ethical care, patient safety, and evidence-based practice. He takes pride in mentoring providers, developing clear clinical protocols, and fostering collaboration to ensure professional growth and consistently excellent patient outcomes.
